RETURNS

OUR POLICY LASTS 15 DAYS. IF 15 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, FIRST CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN.

THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED.

NEXT CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED.

IF YOU’VE DONE ALL OF THIS AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND YET, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@MONTEGRAPPA.ME.

MONTEGRAPPA TWO (2) YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY

MONTEGRAPPA IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING YOU, OUR VALUED CLIENTS, WITH THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. OUR MAIN GOAL IS TO SATISFY YOU AND MAKE YOUR ONLINE BUYING EXPERIENCE AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE.

MONTEGRAPPA PRODUCTS ARE WARRANTED TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP FOR TWO (2) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WITHIN THIS PERIOD, WE WILL, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY COMPONENTS THAT FAIL IN NORMAL USE. SUCH REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE AT NO CHARGE TO YOU FOR PARTS AND/OR LABOR, PROVIDED THAT YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRANSPORTATION CHARGES.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:

  • DAMAGE DUE TO USAGE, SUCH AS SCRATCHES, NICKS, STAINS AND DENTS
  • CONSUMABLE PARTS, SUCH AS REFILLS AND CARTRIDGES, UNLESS PRODUCT DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED DUE TO A DEFECT IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP
  • DAMAGE CAUSED BY ACCIDENT, ABUSE, MISUSE, WATER, FLOOD, FIRE, OR OTHER ACTS OF NATURE OR EXTERNAL CAUSES
  • DAMAGE CAUSED BY SERVICE PERFORMED BY ANYONE WHO IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER OF MONTEGRAPPA

 

WE STRIVE ON PERFECTION TO CREATE BEAUTIFUL WORKS OF ART AND THEREFORE GUARANTEE THEIR WORKMANSHIP. AS WITH ANY DELICATE ARTISTIC CREATIONS, CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO INSURE YEARS OF ENJOYMENT. DURING THE 15 DAY INSPECTION PERIOD, WHEN YOU FIRST RECEIVE YOUR ITEM, YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR ITEM CHECKED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER.

THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM.
